* mh-compat.el (mh-pop-to-buffer-same-window): Delete.
* mh-folder.el (mh-inc-folder, mh-modify, mh-scan-folder)
(mh-make-folder): Revert to switch-to-buffer, as the Emacs folks
decided that it was fine to use it in programs.
